kaminocare ("we", "us") is a pre-launch project operated by Pathum Jayasuriya, building an on-demand home nursing platform for Sri Lanka. This policy explains what personal and health-related information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, NIC, preferred language.
- Booking details: service requested, address, scheduled time, nurse assigned.
- Health context you choose to share with your nurse for the visit.
- Payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers).
- Device + log data for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- Matching you with a licensed, SLNC-registered nurse.
- Verifying nurse credentials and background.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Sending booking updates, safety alerts, and service notifications.
- Improving service quality, only on aggregated/de-identified data.
Who we share with
The nurse assigned to your booking, regulators where required by law, and infrastructure providers bound by data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and data export — email us at privacy@kaminocare.lk. We respond within 30 days.
