Terms of Service
kaminocare is not yet operating. These terms are a draft that will take effect when the platform launches. Until then, no bookings, payments, or nursing services are offered.
These terms govern your use of kaminocare ("the platform"), a pre-launch project operated by Pathum Jayasuriya. By creating an account or booking a service once live, you agree to them.
1. What kaminocare is
A booking platform connecting patients with independent, SLNC-registered nurses for at-home care. We verify nurse credentials but do not employ nurses; the nurse delivers the medical service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create a patient account. Nurses must hold valid SLNC registration and pass our verification before accepting bookings.
3. Bookings and payments
- Prices are shown before confirmation. No hidden fees.
- Cash on visit or in-app payment, depending on service.
- Cancellations: free until nurse acceptance; after that, terms in the booking screen apply.
- Disputes: contact support within 7 days of the visit.
4. Medical disclaimer
kaminocare is not a medical provider and does not give medical advice. Services are performed by the nurse under their own professional license. In an emergency, call 1990.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, no fraud, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the safety, SOS, or review systems.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the disputed booking.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed and posted here at least 14 days before taking effect.
